wow gold - Wallwalkers Walk Walls no More
- Among all the things you might have missed about Patch 2.4, with its brand new 5-man instance and 25-man raid, all the new cool items, changes to crafting and PvP, there is the issue of size. The over-all size of the game world has increased slightly with a couple of hundred square yards, but the game-space itself has been shrunk significantly. "wallclimbing" has been fixed, and with that, a lot of griefing, but also exploration to it's core. What used to be this big, adventurous place with places to go almost none have visited before, it's now a place completely under control.
In the end, it was probably worth it to finally stop BG exploits (some definitely think so), but it is still a sad day for the harmless explorers everywhere in the world (of Warcraft).

The World of Warcraft has just become so very much smaller with the arrival of patch 2.4, even though many people won't notice or will even think it became bigger with the new content patch, but those that know, know, and those that don't, don't. It was fun while it lasted, sad when it ended, and I can only wonder if we will eventually be forgotten, with our exploration videos taking up memory space in the spiderwebbed back end of the figurative warehouse of filefront.com or some other storage website.
A toast to exploiting; may your obituary for v2.4 be better than Cecil Rhodes's.

Still, what do you think? Was this change a blessing or a cruse? Do you have any fond wallwalking memories?
